Frances was a show based on the books by Russel Hoban that aired on Time Warner Cable Kids & the Sprout channel.

The show has several seasons that have been a sensation.


2004: The Time Warner Cable version from Jim Henson debuted. After production in 2003, the show becomes famous in ABC7 News' article, What's Next for Television Shows?

2005: The 2 videos, named Frances & Meet Albert! from Lions Gate Entertainment, debut. Season 2 debuts, also.

2006: After time leaves for VHSes, Frances & Meet Albert are now on DVD. Season 3 debuts, also.

2007: Season 4 debuts. DVDs with all the 3 first seasons are also begininng.

2008: The Sprout version debuts from Jim Henson. Season 1 of that version, along with Season 5 of the other, debut.

2009: Bedtime for Frances, & Bread & Jam for Frances, debut on DVD. A Very Badger Holiday, along with Season 6, debut.

2010: Frances's first movie ever, The Frances Movie, debuts. Also, her 35th anniversary starts along with another patch of DVDs (lots of them!) & her Frances's Magical Christmas movie. She also has a seventh season! Fisher-Price makes a line for her 35th anniversary.

2011: Frances begins Season 8 in Spring into Action!, along with Albert's first TV show. Frances 2 will begin also known as Great Colorful Hunt. Now, everyone can follow Frances's moves on the new Dance Mat. Season 9 debuts in Labor Day Marathon and along Frances's Very Merry Christmas Movie.
